Instructions For Abstract Submission

You may submit your abstract via the online form to the left or by email.

SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT BY EMAIL

In addition to the general instructions above, please follow the following specific instructions if submitting by email.

1. The "Subject" line of the electronic message should include the submitting author's name, file type and version of word processor. Example: J. Doe, Word 98 Mac.

2. Microsoft Word creates binary files. They have to be emailed with UUencode, Binhex or "attached" (MIME encoded) to the message at transmission time.

3. Special characters, tables, mathematical formulae and figures are allowed in the word processor file, but please keep them to a minimum. Mathematical formulae are to be written on a single line with sub and superscripts only. No big fractions.

4. Special symbols and Greek characters should be confined to the set of fonts that come with the standard distribution of Microsoft Word. Add-on fonts, such as those for mathematical formulae, must be avoided as these may not be available at the abstract processing office.

5. Email an UUencoded, binhexed, or attached (MIME encoded) Microsoft Word document to info@wcpcw.org.

6. Deadline for submitting abstracts is February 1, 2011
